Jaclyn is a movement enthusiast. Her fitness journey began in 2016 teaching barre. After dancing professionally and teaching group fitness for 4 years in Seattle she earned her certification as a NASM Personal Trainer in 2019. In 2020, Jaclyn began personal training in Milwaukee and has been in love with strength training ever since.
In training, clients will learn the 6 functional movements- squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull, and carry. These are the foundations of strength that every session will build upon. Each client program is catered to the individual and addresses their strength, mobility, and flexibility. Jaclyn’s dance background offers a unique lens in which she approaches the basics and coaches clients through their fitness journey.
Jaclyn feels strongly that movement is a key component in living a full life. She believes in training for longevity and the overall wellness of the whole self. She is passionate about empowering clients to build the physical and mental strength in the gym that they can carry with them confidently into their daily lives.
